Videos let everyone and anyone see your skills on the  pitch. Easy to upload, they instantly preserve those glorious victories, crushing defeats and just plain embarrassing howlers. Think of them as our equivalent of a stadium’s big screen – the world will watch, holding their collective breath, reliving the moment with you.

So, with that in mind, we’d love to see your replays of really entertaining action – on your console we’ve provided a tool that, with a little practice, allows you to present your finer moments with the flair of a Hollywood director.

So how do you make a great video? Well, you use the replay editor, which is a simple beast to tame if you know how to handle it. A couple of quick points to remember though:

- We’re NOT talking about the automatic instant reply you see whenever a goal is scored – you can’t upload those ones the game creates for you – that would be cheating ;)
- Also, the replay function is only available in single-player games. It bugs your opponent if you pause the game to try and create an Oscar winner in the middle of the second-half.

OK, so, first, you need to pick your moment – be alert to those precious moments that you want to save and share. Pause the game straight away and select INSTANT REPLAY. Play the replay through first to make sure you’ve got all the action you want – and haven’t cut vital seconds off the start.

Then, get the best possible view. Switch which player the camera focuses on – you can focus on the ball instead, if you prefer, to guarantee the camera’s always pointing at the centre of the action. Pick the best camera angle too. There’s even one adjustable camera – set the angle you like and zoom in or out to create exactly what you’re after.

Once you've got the hang of positioning your camera to get the most dramatic view of the action, try using a new feature in FIFA 09's video editor- the key frame. These are individual sections of video that you can treat differently to the rest of the video- change speed, use a different camera or pick a different camera angle.

Try swinging the camera behind the goalie after following your striker thundering in, and slowing the action right down when you zoom in on the ball. Experiment!
