Every week, key members of the FIFA game team over in Vancouver, Canada, record a special podcast. This podcast is delivered straight into the game and can be listened to while in the arena, for example.

Technical limitations mean that the in-game podcast can only be five minutes long. But there are no such limits on the Internets!
Every week, we'll publish a complete, extended version of the podcast right here.
This week, Marcel (producer) and Mike (designer) discuss a load of different things. Subjects include the recent patch for the PC version of the game, the FIFA Interactive World Cup and a retuned online ranking system.
Interestingly, they also talk about their very own developers' FIFA Club, dubbed EA Sports FC. They've been playing a lot of games online, and apparently they're a bit pants.
They also detail the adidas Live Season team of the week, an all-star squad boasting football's most improved players as determined by the Live Season team.
So, plenty to listen to this week.

How to get the podcast in the game
Once the game has loaded, go to: My FIFA 09 > Settings > Advanced.
Cycle through the advanced settings until you come to Audio. Turn on Podcasts and choose EA AND TALK SPORT.
