By Romily BroadIf there's one thing people do a lot on Football World it's look at videos. It's easy to construct great videos in the game - whether that's shiny skills in the arena or replays of stunning goals - and then upload them to the site for everyone to see.
But because there are so many uploaded - we're talking up to 11,000 new videos every day here - there's a good chance we're all missing out on the very best stuff.
So here's what we're going to do.
Every week, we're going to edit together a video countdown of the week's Top 10 Goals, as chosen from your submissions by the FIFA team and we here at EA. And the No. 1 goal each week will be rewarded with a place in our annual Top Goals run-down, which we'll present at the end of the current season.
Each week, we'll put the Top 10 Goals video front and centre on the homepage for everyone to ogle at and admire.
However, the standards will be high. We don't just want to see your goals from a Tele camera viewpoint. We want to see some directorial flare, as well as skill on the ball. So, experiment with the key frames in your replays, zoom in on the action, help us live the moment. Only the best clips will win out, and that means camera work as well as spectacular goals.
A couple of examples:
GOOD (great goal, great camera angle)
BAD (fantastic goal, but we're not close enough to the action).
We hope to get the ball rolling on our weekly Top 10s in a fortnight or so, and we'll announce it officially then. However, in the meantime, give yourself a headstart on the rest by submitting your best video to us now!
To submit your goal, simply copy the web address of the video into an email and send it to this address: BACKOFTHENET@EA.COMAnd then, of course, paste it in a comment here to show everyone else that you mean business.
